I. You can submit your collection for auction in the following ways:

Warm reminder: Due to the large number of submissions, you need to send 6-8 photos of each item for auction, along with basic information such as the name, age, size, condition, and origin of the item. Example below:

II. Preliminary Review:

After receiving the collection submission information, the customer service will forward it to the company's business experts for review and reply to you (WeChat, phone calls require 3-5 days, physical submissions will receive a reply on the spot). If the pictures pass the preliminary review and meet our company's auction requirements, the company's business experts will schedule an appointment for you to view the physical items. If it does not meet the auction requirements, a reply will be given via phone, WeChat, or email (3-5 days).

III. Signing the Auction Consignment Contract:

If the collection is determined by the company's business experts to meet our company's auction requirements, a consignment contract will be signed with you, and the auction item will be stored by our company.

IV. Publicity, Solicitation, and Catalog Production:

After the collection is kept by our company, we will promote and solicit for your collection, and it will be included in the auction catalog.

V. Pre-exhibition:

The items will be publicly displayed at the auction pre-exhibition.

VI. Auction:

The items will be publicly auctioned at the auction site.
