This cup has a straight mouth, sloped belly, and inward-curving base, with a ring foot that allows it to be fixed in a cup holder. Both the exterior of the cup and the base of the holder are glazed in celadon green, decorated with ruyi cloud head patterns and entwined lotus patterns. The interior of the cup and the rim of the interior of the cup holder are painted with a circle of entwined floral patterns, with five bats in the center. The word "bat" (fu) sounds like the word for "fortune," signifying "five blessings bestowing longevity."
