Yaozhou kilns were one of the six major kiln systems at the time and were representative of northern celadon. This bowl has a thin, strong body, a smooth glaze, and is covered with ice cracks throughout. Its color is serene and translucent, and very elegant. The center of the bowl features engraved floral patterns, with a rigorous and full structure and flowing lines. There is a small chip on the rim of one bowl; it is a fine collectible.
