Everything is going smoothly, and the year is peaceful and harmonious. A ""ruyi"" (scepter) is, as its name suggests, something that fulfills one's wishes. Holding one in hand is pleasing to the eye. During the Qing Dynasty, the ""ruyi"" was a highly valued ceremonial object in court settings. This ""ruyi"" is bow-shaped, with a slightly upturned end. Its shape is gentle and graceful, slender and delicate. The main body is carved from jade, inlaid with white jade decorations. The white jade is translucent, moist, delicate, smooth, and has a soft, beautiful luster.
