Catalog Number: 304
Diameter 19.5cm, Height 14.5cm

The censer is decorated with four-clawed double dragon patterns, three short feet, a waisted body, and two layers of soy glaze, typical of the early Qing Dynasty. The inscription in the center reads from right to left: “Made in the seventh year of Qianlong's reign, offered to Yunlin Temple's Arhat Hall, made by Guangling Jingshu Hall.” A search of known public and private hall names from the Qing Dynasty did not reveal “Jingshu.”
