The plate has a flared rim, with the mouth opening outwards. The center of the plate is decorated with a standing dragon playing with a pearl, while the outer wall is adorned with two dragons chasing a pearl. All are decorated with green enamel, outlined in black enamel, on a yellow ground. The dragons are strong and vigorous, baring their fangs and claws, with clear scales, soaring and swirling in the sky. Surrounding them are flame cloud patterns and fiery pearl motifs, highlighting the majestic power of the dragons and displaying the grand and solemn atmosphere of the imperial court. The bottom bears a six-character, three-line mark reading 'Made in the Great Qing Kangxi Reign'.
