This pair of vases features a flaring rim. The outer wall of the vase is covered with Ge glaze, which is thick, smooth, and lustrous. The glaze surface is adorned with irregular, naturally arranged crackle patterns. The entire body is decorated with polychrome (wucai) paintings depicting war figures. The figures are vivid, their movements rendered with expressive three-dimensionality, their expressions delicate, creating a strong sense of depth, and the coloring is rich.
