The Qinghua plate has a flat rim, a wide mouth, a deep, curved belly, and a ring foot. The overall shape is stable, elegant, dignified, and upright. The body of the plate is decorated with phoenixes painted in blue and white. The middle of the inner wall has a double-line border, with a circular medallion in the center depicting a pair of phoenixes in a symmetrical pose. Their wings are outstretched, their feathers long and narrow, and their tails slightly different; one has wavy patterns, the other has densely arranged dots, creating a variety of changes within the overall uniformity of the image. 祥雲 (Auspicious clouds) surround the phoenixes, creating an atmosphere of auspiciousness. The outer wall of the plate also features phoenixes, their necks and heads extended forward, their tails fluttering in the wind, creating a beautiful scene.
