This incense burner is carved from a whole piece of jadeite, dense and delicate, with excellent translucency, and comes with a base. It features a bowl-shaped lid, with a snug-fitting male-female opening. The top of the lid is round-carved with a lion playing with a brocade ball knob, vividly depicted. Below, there are two symmetrical beast heads holding movable rings as decorative handles, with lifelike facial details. It has a bulging belly, supported by three short feet at the bottom, making it stable and substantial. The walls are particularly thick, showing generous use of material. The carving is graceful and smooth, combining both opulence and elegance, making it an excellent choice for indoor display.
