The Guanyin statue is made of Shoushan stone and is polished to a high sheen. Guanyin is depicted in a cross-legged seated position, wearing monk's robes with gold leaf trim on the collar, cuffs, and hem, and the folds of the robes are rendered with incised lines.

The Guanyin statue is made of Shoushan stone, polished to a bright luster. Guanyin is seated in a cross-legged position, wearing monk's robes. The collar, cuffs, and hem of the robes are decorated with gold leaf, and the folds of the robes are depicted with incised lines. The Bodhisattva's face is square, with long ears hanging down to the shoulders, eyes half-closed, and a gentle smile, radiating compassion.
