This piece is shaped like a chrysanthemum with twenty-four petals. Both the inner and outer walls are glazed, with a wide ring foot, the foot wall slightly recessed, and a slightly concave center. The glaze is a rouge red, using imported gold-red material, resulting in a vibrant color. The base of the ring foot is white glazed, with a double circle in underglaze blue containing the six-character regular script inscription “Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi” (Made in the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty). The shape is neat and well-proportioned, making it a fine piece.
