Introduction: Zeng Longsheng (1901-1964), from Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province, courtesy name Longsheng. His father and elder brother were engaged in wood carving. From an early age, he was influenced by his father and brother. In his youth, he came to Jingdezhen to learn art from his fellow townsman Cai Hengxin. He was fortunate to meet You Changzi, a master of ceramic sculpture from the Fujian Guild Hall at that time, who taught him. Through his unremitting efforts, diligent study, and extraordinary talent, he eventually became a master of ceramic sculpture. Zeng Longsheng's ceramic sculptures of Buddhas, Taoist deities, gods, saints, immortals, common people, Arhats, animals, and various other subjects are vivid and lifelike, capturing both form and spirit, and are deeply loved by the public.
