Mark: "Made in the Tongzhi Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" six-character regular script mark. The item is a cong-shaped vase with double elephant-head handles, featuring a square body, a round straight mouth at the top, a foot rim at the bottom, and elephant-head ring handles on both sides. The body is thick and heavy, and the form is solemn and generous, well-proportioned and smooth. It is fired in imitation of the jade cong shape from the Shang and Zhou dynasties, symbolizing "round heaven and square earth," and was used for ancient sacrificial rituals. The base bears a "Made in the Tongzhi Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" six-character regular script mark in two lines. The entire piece is covered in a sapphire blue glaze, which is deep and rich, with a uniform and smooth surface, resembling a sapphire. It is an excellent piece for display and holds significant collection value.
